Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
• A valid reason is required, such as technical issues preventing service use, the service not functioning as described, or an accidental or duplicate purchase.
• Refunds are not available once the plan benefits have been substantially used, for example by keeping more designs than the free tier allows.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
• Provide a brief description of the reason for your request.

3. Refund Process

• Requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
• Plans whose benefits have been substantially used, such as keeping more saved designs than the free tier allows.
• Dissatisfaction with output produced by third-party AI tools you use on your own — we recommend trying the free tier (5 designs, 10 model downloads per month) before purchasing.
• Violations of our Terms of Service.
• Requests we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.

5. Plan Purchases and Expiry

• Each plan purchase provides 30 days of access from the current expiry date, or from the purchase time when no paid plan is active.
• A repeat purchase extends the expiry by 30 days. A higher plan takes effect immediately and also extends the expiry by 30 days.
• A lower plan is available only after the current paid plan expires; no partial-price conversion is offered between plans.
• When a plan expires, the account returns to Free; designs beyond the free limit remain saved and become editable again after any plan is purchased.
